Unit 3: Measuring Up (2008) - The National Report Card on Higher Education

The National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education produces a report card for each state that includes: an overview of the following items for each state's higher education status (strengths and weaknesses, preparation, participation, affordability, completion, benefits, learning, international comparisons, and state facts). Each state's report card can be downloaded into PDF format. There is also a national map snapshot that can be viewed based on all the criteria listed above. I thought this was a very informative report.
